Soy bean and millet

Soya bean and millet milk make good breakfast for my family. It is much easy to prepare with soy bean maker. It only takes 20 minutes to process. This soy bean maker is my good helper.

DIY soy bean and millet with soy bean maker

Ingredients: 1 cup soy bean, 1/2 cup of millet, 1 pandan leaf, 1liter of water, Soak ingredients for at least three hours.

Put all ingredients (except pandan leaf) into the soy bean maker.


Select the 'wet bean process'.


My soy bean maker takes 15 minutes to go through the process. When it is done, add in pandan leaf, let it sit for 15 minutes before serve.



Smooth soya and millet milk. You can add brown sugar to sweeten the taste. I prefer sugarless. It tastes naturally sweet.
