Creamy pumpkin soup

The Creamy pumkin soup is a family favourite. It is easy to prepare and it is perfect with a scoop of sour cream. Try this velvet smooth pumpkin soup recipe. It is easy to prepare and full of nutritious. Hope you will like it.


750 pumpkin, diced
2 medium onions, diced
3 chicken stock cubes, crumbled
3½ cups water
250 mL thickened cream


1. Place all ingredients, except cream, in a large saucepan. Simmer until pumkins are soft.

2. Remove pumpkin from heat. Then blend with blender until smooth.
3. Add cream and stir through (do not boil after adding cream).
