My five years old daughter loves avocado  ever since I told her that avocado also known as ‘alligator pear’. Reflecting its shape and the rough texture appearance of its skin.

Avocado is regarded as a complete food for an individual. It contains of high nutrition value and it makes the best baby’s first food too.

Here is my recipe of sugarless avocado ice-cream.

These are what you need: One big ripe avocado, four tablespoons full cream milk powder, one teaspoon pure cocoa powder and a blender.

Firstly, blend the avocado until it looks fluffy and creamy then add in milk powder and cocoa powder. It  will look creamy like this.

Transfer the creamy avocado mixed into small container or small bowl then keep them inside the freezer for 6 hours.

* For my baby, I just blend avocado with full cream milk powder. Without cocoa powder. She loves it.

* You may add little sugar if you would like it to taste sweeter.
