How to make children eat vegetables.

Not long ago, I was chatting with a some friends about children. I found out that most mothers have difficulty feeding greens or leafy vegetables to their kids.

Why? Most kids find vegetables hard to chew or have a bitter taste.

I get about this problem by cutting the vegetable into fine bits and mixing it into my daughter’s rice. That way, she doesn’t taste the bitterness nor find the vegetable hard to chew.  When she was younger, I used a fine blender to blend the vegetables into the rice, for a smoother mix.
